1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VentureReady Network ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
VentureReady Network is operated by SowFin Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("SowFin," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
2.1 General Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Founder Eligibility
To register as a Founder, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a founder, co-founder, or authorized representative of a startup or early-stage company
- You have the authority to represent your company on the Platform
- All information you provide about your company is accurate and complete
2.3 Investor Eligibility
To register as an Investor, you represent and warrant that:
- You are an accredited investor as defined by applicable securities laws, or
- You are acting on behalf of a registered venture capital firm, angel investment group, or institutional investor
- You have the authority to represent your organization (if applicable)
- You comply with all applicable securities and investment regulations
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
3.3 Account Types
The Platform offers two primary account types:
- Founder Accounts: For startup founders seeking capital, community, and mentorship
- Investor Accounts: For investors seeking deal flow and startup opportunities
4. Platform Services
4.1 For Founders
VentureReady Network provides founders with:
- Access to a four-stage progressive pitch tournament
- Community events and networking opportunities
- Educational programming and masterclasses
- Access to VentureScope assessment tools (subject to separate terms)
- Exposure to qualified investors
4.2 For Investors
VentureReady Network provides investors with:
- Access to curated deal flow
- Attendance at pitch events and showcases
- Due diligence materials and assessments
- Networking with other investors and industry experts
4.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
